Tips & Troubleshooting:
Please use the 'Back' and 'Done' links, instead of the window close box ('X'). Failure to do so can result in a premature exit of the application. But, in the event of a CGI error, or if you ignore the application for 20 minutes or more and the Cactus server logs you off, you will need to close the application window with the close box (in upper right corner).
To print reports (or the current screen) press 'Cntl-P' for the Print dialog. Before printing wide reports, make sure to click 'Print Setup' (or 'Properties') to set the paper orientation to 'Landscape'.
If you get an "Authorization Failed" error, the UserId and/or Password entries are incorrect. Make sure that 'Caps Lock' is not on, since passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
If you get a "4GL Procedure doesn't exist" error, Your UserId is not a member of the 'Relay' or 'SCADA' security groups and does not have access to the necessary cactus programs.
